Today (14 May 2025), the Constitutional Court Office issued a news document regarding the petition of the Senate President requesting the Constitutional Court to rule according to Section 170, paragraph three, in conjunction with Section 82 of the Constitution that the ministerial status of Mr. Phumtham Vejjayachai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the first defendant, and Pol. Col. Thawee Sodsong, Minister of Justice, the second defendant, has ended according to the Constitution.
